What are Frozen Natas?
Authentic Portuguese custard tarts, baked fresh and then flash-frozen to preserve their flavor and texture. Simply bake them at home for a fresh, warm treat.
How do I bake the Natas?
Remove the metal tins.
Oven: Preheat to 400Ā°F, bake for 7-10 minutes
Air Fryer: Preheat to 350Ā°F, bake for 7ā10 minutes
No thawing required. Baking time may vary.
How do I know when theyāre done?
Look for golden, crispy pastry and the custard filling rising. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
How to enjoy your Natas?
Enjoy them with coffee in the morning, as a sweet snack during the day, or as a delicious dessert after a meal.
How to serve Natas?
After baking, let the Natas cool for a few minutes before serving. We donāt recommend microwaving ā it can soften the pastry and lose that signature flakiness
How to store Natas after baking?
Leave them in the air container for a maximum of 2 days. You can reheat them in the oven/air fryer for 3-5 minutes before eating to reactivate the flakiness
